Responsibilities
  • Support the International Trade Coordinator in tracking activities with external suppliers and other Takeda plants to ensure the arrival of import purchase orders.
  • Assist in the export process to guarantee shipments meet scheduled dates.
  • Monitor import orders for raw materials, packaging materials, bulk, and finished products to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support the availability tracking of Takeda products with Takeda plants outside Mexico.
  • Manage import process data to generate KPIs.
  • Manage import process data to control landing costs.
  • Assist in document review for scheduled imports.
  • Support the review of expense accounts issued by Customs Agents and Freight Forwarders.
  • Assist in preparing import Sanitary Permits.
  • Manage import sanitary permit controls to ensure availability and validity.
  • Ensure proper tracking of exports to deliver products on time and in proper condition to customers.
  • Ensure proper import tracking to deliver quality products to destination.
  • Create purchase orders for supplies based on MRP, managing each order until delivery to warehouses, ensuring adequate inventories for production or sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge in International Relations, Customs Law, Commercial Law, VAT Law, TIGI / TIGIE.
  • Internal relations: International Trade, Supply Chain, and Purchasing.
  • External relations: Suppliers, Customs Agents, and Freight Forwarders.
