Job summary

• Work with extrudate recipes
• Identify and source innovative products from suppliers
• Continuously modify and improve existing recipes
• Collaborate closely with the Process Technologist
• Assess the impact of extrudates on the final product
• Work alongside the Leeds team
• Support the R&D team in achieving short-term and long-term goals, adapting to evolving scientific priorities
• Provide written and verbal reports on research activities
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Conduct production test runs
• Develop in-process and finished product specifications
• Generate ingredient statements and nutritional information
• Develop recipes in collaboration with customers
• Package samples for customers
• Source ingredients
• Use Agile Chilli to input recipes
