Food Store Supervisor

Duties :

Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers (3-4 people)

Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

Maintain specified inventory and be in charge of ordering product

Train staff on cashier duties and cleaning tasks

Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness

May perform the same duties as workers supervised

May perform managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, handling bank deposits, and responding to complaints

Developing and implementing marketing strategies
