Booster Juice, located in Hope, BC, is looking to hire a Full-time & Permanent Food Store Manager. The candidate should have a high school diploma along with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience and a passion to succeed in the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct and control daily operations
2. Evaluate daily operations
3. Plan and organize daily operations
4. Manage staff and assign duties
5. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies
7. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
8. Determine staffing requirements
9. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
10. Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
11. Oversee payroll administration

We pay competitive wages of $26.71 – $40.00 per hour and offer excellent career growth opportunities for management positions within the organization.
