Reporting to the Manager of Food Services, this position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, families, visitors, and staff in accordance with established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing dining experience for all Carewest customers. Other duties involve preparation, portioning, and serving of food. The position upholds professional, ethical, and safe standards while providing kind and compassionate customer service. The ability to work under general supervision, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively is essential.
