An established industry player in healthcare is seeking dedicated kitchen staff to support their culinary team. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and every other weekend, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Essential Responsibilities:
Attend department meetings, in-services, and training sessions.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Adhere to HACCP food safety standards.
Work in various kitchen positions, primarily in the dishroom (cleaning dishes, carts, pots, and pans).
Retrieve trays from patient rooms.
Operate dish machines, trash compactors, and mop floors.
Regularly complete sanitation projects as assigned.
Assist with training new employees and cross-training colleagues.
Support department goals to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

- Staff adheres to all I C.A.R.E. Standards.
- Must be able to read menu items in English (exception is the pot-washer position).
- Must be able to communicate in English (exception is the pot-washer position).
- Must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Work requires ability to push trucks and carts with food and supplies.
