Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service work, maintaining sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare fruits and vegetables, including washing, peeling, and measuring ingredients.
• Transport food, supplies, and equipment safely between stations.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation standards.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Follow recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently, addressing any complaints professionally.
• Relay information to supervisors.
• Handle sales transactions, including entering sales, making change, and accepting payments.
• Issue receipts and process refunds following standard procedures.
• Manage cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
