Job Description

The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Controls labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
  • Manages production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to standards.
  • Regularly audits service and quality.
  • Follows all standards and tracking procedures daily.
  • Develops and implements strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Supervises teamwork and service regularly.
  • Handles employee issues professionally, adhering to policies.
  • Supports training programs to improve service, morale, and revenue.
  • Assists in employee reviews and performance management.
  • Ensures adherence to time and attendance policies.
  • Adjusts staffing levels based on business needs.
  • Trains employees on safety, health, and sanitation standards.
