Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Languages: English.
• Certificate: Safe Food Handling Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff.
• Train staff in duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Hire food service staff and supervise preparation/portioning of food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; manage stock records.
