- 3 years experience in restaurants or 1 year in a supervisory role.

Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food to guests.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff follow procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage and report to management.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures and ensure skill transfer to new employees.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and corporate brand standards.
- Deal with cash, opening and closing procedures with accuracy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as required.
- Maintain a positive relationship between team members.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in restaurants or 1 year supervisory experience.
- Have a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Willing to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and night shifts.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy learning new things.
- Have a ready smile and a warm personality.
- Available to work a minimum of 32 hours/week.
