Time to step up your career! We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. Job Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production to ensure safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
• Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules; ensure all food items are served per menu specifications following company policies.
• Maintain a sanitary environment in compliance with health and safety codes.
• Keep accurate inventory records weekly.
• Prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production.
• Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor food service workers.
• Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
• Proficient in multi-tasking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
• Fill in for absent employees as necessary.
• Coordinate and ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering events.
• Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain communication via email, phone, and inter-office mail.
• Perform cashier duties if needed.
• Promote good public relations.
