Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  2. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  3. Prepare budget and cost estimates
  4. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  5. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  6. Prepare and submit reports
  7. Prepare food order summaries for chef
  8. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  9. Supervise and check assembly of trays
  10. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
