We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our restaurant. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Red Deer, Alberta.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish methods to meet work schedules
  2. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  4. Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  5. Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  6. Address customer complaints or concerns
  7. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  8. Prepare and submit reports
  9. Supervise and check the assembly of trays
  10. Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
  11. Establish work schedules
