Job summary

Terrace Food Court in Niagara Falls, ON is hiring for a permanent, full-time position as a food service supervisor. The role is on-site at 5705 Falls Ave and offers a wage of 22.05 CAD per hour for 30 hours per week. Starts as soon as possible.

You will establish work schedules, supervise and coordinate staff, train on duties and sanitation, estimate ingredients, ensure quality, address customer concerns, maintain records, and submit reports. 5–10 staff under supervision.

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year (or equivalent experience)
• 1 year to less than 2 years

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
