Thakkar Hospitality ON-SW Inc. DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant located at 390 Springbank Drive, London ON is looking for four permanent, full-time ‘Food Service Supervisors’ to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Work Location: 390 Springbank Drive, London ON, N6J1G9
Wage: $18.00 per hour; 35 hours per week
Number of positions: 4
Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

1. Supervise & co-ordinate activities of food counter attendants, bakers and other workers at restaurant.
2. Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants, etc. and set work procedures.
3. Estimate & order restaurant supplies; breads, bagels, tim bits, vegetables, sauces, soups etc and maintain adequate level of inventory.
4. Provide training to staff in their job duties when required.
5. Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
6. May assist in hiring & training staff.
7. Maintain records of stock, expenses, repairs, sales, and wastage.
8. Oversee and respond to customer concerns and resolve employee concerns.
9. Perform same duties as workers supervised.

Job Requirements/Skills:

1. Completion of high school is required.
2. Knowledge of English language is required.
3. Minimum one year of work experience required in the similar field.
4. Must be prepared to work under pressure.
