Food Service Supervisor

Location: 188 Columbia Blvd West, Lethbridge, AB T1K 4J4

• Workplace: On site
• Salary: $16.80 per hour, 32 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Schedule: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
• Vacancies: 3
• Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

1. Establish methods to meet work schedules.
2. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
4. Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
5. Address customer complaints or concerns.
6. Supervise and check assembly of trays.
7. Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
