Food Service Supervisor

Booster Juice, located in Hope, BC, is looking to hire a Full-time & Permanent Food Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma along with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience and a passion for succeeding in the foodservice industry.

The candidate should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
2. Assign sales workers to duties
3. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
4. Authorize payments by cheque
5. Order merchandise
6. Sell merchandise
7. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
8. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
9. Organize and maintain inventory
10. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
11. Manage cash

We pay competitive wages of $20.00 – $27.00 per hour and offer excellent career growth opportunities for management positions within the organization.
