Job Description

As a Supervisor at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction!

Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. They work with restaurant management to provide direction and training on every shift to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations activities.

The basic responsibilities of a Supervisor include:

  • Overseeing and managing a multi-million-dollar operation, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team-oriented environment.
  • Being available to work all shifts - Opens, Midday, and Closing Shifts.
  • Minimum 32 hours per week.

General Responsibilities:

  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures.
  • Act as Cash Manager when needed, including setting up cash registers and verifying cash at close.
  • Perform walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/close and during rush hours.
  • Work with Management to train and develop team members to maximize retention.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and delegate operational tasks, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Maintain quality, production, and service standards, creating a safe and professional environment.
  • Assist in scheduling to ensure proper coverage and customer service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Follow up on guest issues to ensure resolution.
