1. Ensure food service and quality control standards
2. Establish methods to meet work schedules
3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
4. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5. Prepare and submit reports
6. Address customers’ complaints or concerns
7. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
8. Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
9. Supervise and check assembly of trays
