• Wage: $19.50 per hour

• Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
• Education: Not required; Secondary school is an asset
• Work Experience: 3 years in food preparation

Job Duties

1. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule staff activities related to food preparation and service
2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
3. Establish work schedules and ensure staff adherence to procedures
4. Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage; report to management
5. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures, and skill transfer
6. Ensure food and service meet quality and brand standards
7. Handle cash, opening, and closing procedures accurately
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as needed
9. Maintain positive team relationships
