On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

  1. Establish methods to meet work schedules
  2. Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  3. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  4. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  5. Hire food service staff
  6. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  7. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  8. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  9. Establish work schedules
