  6. Prepare budget and cost estimates
  7. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  8. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  9. Prepare and submit reports
  10. Prepare food order summaries for chef
  11. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  12. Supervise and check assembly of trays
  13. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  14. Establish work schedules
