Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking part-time Tim Hortons Team Members to join our Esterhazy team. You will greet guests, handle cash, take orders, and prepare a variety of foods with attention to safety and sanitation.

Working as part of a friendly team, you will manage duties across cash handling, food preparation, and guest service while maintaining fast-paced efficiency and excellent customer experiences in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Cash handling experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is an asset.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and orders.

• Experience in food preparation is a plus.
• Previous food service experience is an asset.

Neighbourly Pharmacy is currently accepting resumes for part-time Tim Hortons Team Members (Food Service Staff) to join our Team in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with hospitality - sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Take customer orders and prepare food items according to standardized recipes
• Complete guest orders, including coffees, iced capps, donuts and more.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work with a team to make the guest’s day.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Qualification

Schedule

• 16 to 24 hours per week (Part-time)
• The store is open Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including daytime hours, weekday opening and closing shifts, and weekends as operationally required.
