Job summary

Dairy Queen in Selkirk, Manitoba seeks a capable supervisor to oversee day-to-day food preparation and staff coordination at our on-site location. You will train staff, ensure quality standards, handle customer concerns, and maintain stock and records as part of a fast-paced team environment.

• Establish methods to meet work schedules

• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Establish work schedules
