Position: Food Service Director

Type: Full Time ~ Days

Maplecrest Rehab & Living Center is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to lead and oversee our dietary department and ensure excellent food service for our residents. Candidate must have excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. CDM or equivalent qualifications are preferred. Experience in Long Term Care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring that residents have an outstanding dining experience
  2. Staff scheduling and supervision
  3. Purchasing and ordering supplies
  4. General program oversight
  5. Budgeting and inventory
  6. Occasional evenings or weekend coverage
