As a Food Safety Team Member, you will join the leader in food safety solutions! This entry-level position includes a structured training program offering opportunities for career advancement. We provide weekly pay, full benefits, and bonus opportunities. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

You will start as a trainee, learning to clean and sanitize plants while following all food safety policies. We will teach you the necessary skills to keep yourself and your teammates safe.

This role helps you develop life skills and become part of a unique, family-like culture focused on teamwork and hard work. You will take pride in protecting America’s food supply!

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing the verified 8-Step Sanitation process
  • Physical activities such as lifting, pushing, and pulling sanitation equipment
  • Handling sanitation chemicals with proper training
  • Following safety protocols with training provided
  • Working in wet, hot, or cold environments with provided gear
