Responsibilities

The Food Safety Sanitor performs sanitation tasks by following all safety policies and procedures, including:

• Collaborating with leads and management to ensure compliance.
• Frequently lifting hoses, equipment, and chemical containers.
• Wearing PPE such as gloves, face shields, goggles, aprons, boots, and safety glasses.
• Handling chemicals safely with PPE.
• Standing, lifting, and crouching for extended periods.
• Using Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow directions and be accountable.
• Safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions.

Work Environment

This role involves working in wet, hot, or cold environments while wearing PPE. Shift hours may vary based on location.
