We are hiring for a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead a vibrant food retail location known for its exceptional customer experience and team culture.

19–$21 / hr + benefits + tips

Full time : 40–44 hours / week

Responsibilities :

Manage opening / closing procedures, cleanliness, and visual merchandising

Recruit, train, schedule, and lead store staff

Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive performance

Oversee inventory control, ordering, and merchandising

Manage store budgets, expenses, and payroll

Requirements :

2+ years of retail management experience (food / health retail an asset)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage budgets

Comfortable using POS systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

Open availability including weekends and holidays
