Job Title: Food Production | Production Supervisor

Location: Beaumont, CA

What We Are Looking For:

We seek a dedicated and experienced production supervisor in the food industry to lead and motivate our team to produce high-quality pork rinds. In this role, you will ensure that production processes meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards while managing and training hourly associates. As an advocate for Rudolph Foods’ safety and training programs, you will empower employees to create a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment aligned with our mission and core values.

To Be a Great Fit for The Role

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, leading a team in a production setting, preferably in food production.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA).
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

What you will be responsible for in this role:

  • Must be present on the production floor during the workday.
  • Ensure products are produced in compliance with quality key checkpoints and within “Good Manufacturing Practices”.
  • Manage processing or packaging schedule to maximize output while minimizing costs, including active problem-solving participation to achieve results.
  • Coordinate product changeovers with Plant Machine Operator, production staff, packing, and quality assurance.
  • Coach and develop the team to deliver expected business results.
  • Ensure employees are following operating standards.
  • Strive to meet daily production demands.
  • Ensure teams understand Safety and put actions in place to mitigate when necessary.
  • Own Safety (Near misses / First Aid/ Initial incident investigations).
  • Hold team members accountable to standards.

What’s in it for you?

The approximate pay range for this position is $68,640 to $69,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good-faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
