Job summary

Aliments St-Louis (Putters) Inc. in Quebec is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to maintain and operate QC laboratory equipment, and develop sampling and analysis programs to ensure product quality.

You will compile records, interpret results, and assist in health and safety measures while contributing to GMP compliance in a food and beverages environment. This permanent, full-time role offers 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Education: College diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Familiarity with GMP and quality systems.
• Experience in food/beverages industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment.
• Operate laboratory apparatus.
• Compile records for analytical studies.
• Assist in developing sampling and analysis programs.
• Assist in development of standards, health and safety measures.
