Le préposé à la préparation des aliments prépare et portionne les aliments, et exécute diverses tâches conformément aux exigences de production et aux normes de salubrité de l’entreprise. Il utilise des fiches de travail quotidiennes et des recettes standardisées pour cuisiner les repas.

Qualifications / Certifications :

• Minimum d’un an d’expérience en préparation des aliments ou dans un emploi connexe dans le domaine des services alimentaires (préféré).
• Connaissance de la préparation des aliments, de la manipulation sécuritaire des couteaux, du contrôle de la température et des pratiques de salubrité (un atout).
• Capacité à lire et à écrire pour faciliter la communication avec les autres.
• Compétences en mathématiques requises.
• Doit être capable de communiquer en français et en anglais.
• Une vérification des antécédents standard est requise.
