Role Overview

Sodexo Live! has an exciting opportunity for a Food Operations Manager at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily food operations and ensure high-quality product delivery;
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline (hourly) staff;
  • Ensure Sodexo standards are met, including compliance with food and physical safety programs.

What You Bring
  • Previous food and beverage experience within hotels, restaurants, or similar upscale hospitality venues;
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for high-level customer service;
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;
  • Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, management systems, and menu graphics programs;
  • Both front and back of house experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience: 2 years. Minimum Functional Experience: 1 year in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
