Tasks

1. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
2. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
3. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
4. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
5. Keep records of the quantities of food used.
6. Package take-out food.
7. Portion and wrap foods.
8. Take customers' orders.
9. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
10. Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
11. Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
