Job description

Our in-house pub features two fireplaces, a pool table, and booths. We offer a selection of 14 beers on tap, as well as wine, bottled drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Join us for a drink and enjoy our daily specials accompanied by live entertainment.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
2. Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
3. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
4. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
5. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
6. Keep records of the quantities of food used.
7. Package take-out food.
8. Portion and wrap foods.
9. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
10. Take customers' orders.
11. Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
