1. Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
2. Carry and replace linen
3. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
4. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
5. Place dishes in storage area
6. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
7. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
8. Scour pots and pans
9. Keep records of the quantities of food used
10. Package take-out food
11. Portion and wrap foods
12. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
13. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
14. Stock refrigerators and salad bars
15. Take customers' orders
16. Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
17. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
18. Handle and store cleaning products
19. Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
