Job summary

Pursuit is hiring for a seasonal full-time role in Fall/Winter 2026 in Banff, Canada. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour. You will greet guests, manage seating, deliver food and beverage service, and ensure a memorable experience in one of our iconic destinations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Fall/Winter 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role. The starting wage for this role is $17.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and seat them with a high level of professionalism
• Ensure that the guests are made comfortable, informed of wait times and special events
• Control seating to ensure service levels are maintained at the highest level
• Provide an excellent first impression of the restaurant
• Provide professional food and beverage service to all customers
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Deliver food & drinks to tables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
