What will be your daily pursuit?
Our Pursuit Jasper team is a diverse collection comprised of 7 superb hotels (Pyramid Lake Lodge, The Crimson, Marmot Lodge, Chateau Jasper, Lobstick Lodge, Forest Park Hotel, Miette Mountain Cabins) and 4 fantastic restaurants (Aalto, Terra, Hearthstone Lounge, Silverwater). What will your compensation be?
The starting salary for this position is $16.50 per hour.

What will you do in this job?

1. Greet and welcome guests and seat them with a high level of professionalism.
2. Ensure that the guests are made comfortable, informed of wait times and special events.
3. Control seating to ensure service levels are maintained at the highest level.
4. Provide an excellent first impression of the restaurant.
5. Provide professional food and beverage service to all customers.
6. Maintain a clean and organized environment.
7. Deliver food & drinks to tables.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

1. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Basic computer skills.
3. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
4. Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
5. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs. frequently.
6. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
7. All employees must maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance and professional appearance.
