Pursuit is hiring for a seasonal, full-time role at our restaurant atop Whistler Mountain. You will greet guests, assist across dining operations, and contribute to a memorable guest experience in a dynamic high-altitude setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage with them as they enter the restaurant.
• Support multiple shifts including hosting, food running, bussing, barista, and basic bartending.
• Operate POS with accuracy and handle cash and cards properly.

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Fall/Winter, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role. The starting wage for this role is $17.00/hour.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience by actively greeting and engaging with all guests as they enter the restaurant
• Working a variety of shifts that may include, food running, hosting, bussing tables, barista, restocking, and basic bartending
• Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms
• Provide guests with exceptional service while implementing Pursuit Hospitality Standards
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of service and dining areas
• Work professionally during periods of high volume, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional and consistent dining experience
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred but not required
• Must be enthusiastic about hospitality and providing warm, engaging service to high volumes of guests in a professional manner
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50lbs.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Pro-Serve qualification
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment at a high altitude. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail) as the restaurant is at the top of Whistlers Mountain.
• Secondary language skills an asset.
