What will your compensation be?
The starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.

What will you do in this job?

  1. Request orders from and serve food and beverages to guests.
  2. Maintenance and cleanliness of the service area.
  3. Perform opening/closing and side duties as per the shift checklist.
  4. Promoting a "No Problem Service" environment.
  5. Energetic and enthusiastic; enjoy customer service and working with the public.
  6. Knowledgeable about the food and spirits menus.
  7. Responsibly serve alcohol utilizing skills and knowledge received from the Proserve training.
  8. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and the cleanliness of the bar.
  9. Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with established company policies.
  10. Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
  11. Accurate with cash and product handling.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  1. Thrives in a fast-paced, high energy work environment.
  2. 1-2 years of serving experience is an asset.
  3. Proserve (responsible service of alcohol) certification (can be obtained online) before start of employment.
  4. Must speak fluent English, additional language an asset.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  6. Desire and ability to increase knowledge in the Food & Beverage and customer service field.
  7. Ability to handle money, to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
  8. Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts).
