Job summary

Pursuit, Banff location, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Farm & Fire. You will supervise the restaurant team, uphold service standards, manage daily F&B operations, and support payroll and scheduling.

A strong background in food & beverage and leadership is essential to drive guest satisfaction and profitability. Starting wage is $21.00/hour with opportunities to lead events, training, and staff development in a dynamic, guest-focused environment within Pursuit’s hospitality

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
• Assist in the efficient supervision of the outlet’s staff.
• Lead the team with a positive attitude and recognize good performance.
• Provide daily oversight of F&B operations, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, and delivering guest service standards.
• Payroll submissions and scheduling support.
