Job summary

Pursuit Collection is seeking a Front Office role in a dynamic hospitality environment in Canada. The position focuses on welcoming guests, managing check-ins and group bookings, and maintaining accurate front desk operations while coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel accounting software.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in a major hotel.
  • One year experience in a supervisory role.
  • Good communication skills in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • A smooth and correct administrative operation.
  • Welcomes guests and monitors check-ins and groups.
  • Co-ordinates actions with other departments and informs FO Manager.
  • Coordinates with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B.
  • Ensures staff are familiar with emergency procedures.
  • Executes regular training and maintains Front Office standards.
