An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to oversee the restaurant's operations and elevate the dining experience across this iconic Jasper destination. This full-time, year-round role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is inspired by nature, driven by excellence, and dedicated to creating meaningful guest experiences through food, beverage, and service. As the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you will combine hands-on leadership with strategic oversight and offer you the opportunity to manage restaurant service for a range of guests, from leisure travellers to weddings and corporate retreats. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about hospitality, inspired by their surroundings, and committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through food, service, and connection.

Description

  • Lead the daily operations of a full-service restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of dining service, events, and private functions.
  • Deliver an elevated guest experience across all touchpoints, maintaining brand standards and exceeding service expectations.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll submissions, and gratuity distributions for a team of 50–150 employees.
  • Manage food and beverage budgets, including labor, COGS, inventory, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams on seasonal menu planning, event execution, and guest feedback initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to guest experience scores and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support and train supervisors and assistant managers in team leadership, service standards, and day-to-day operations.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and inspiring work environment while modelling exceptional hospitality.
  • Engage with other property leaders and departments to ensure operational alignment and cross-functional excellence.
  • Contribute to sustainability and community engagement efforts through company-led initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations; hotel, resort, or fine dining background is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated success managing financial performance, labor controls, and guest service metrics.
  • Comfortable leading high-volume operations and service for weddings, events, and special functions.
  • Ability to lead by example, coach teams, and create a collaborative and positive work culture.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of wine and elevated dining experiences is preferred.
  • Proficient with inventory systems, reporting tools, and guest experience platforms.
  • Flexible, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic, guest-centred environment.
