As a Food & Beverage Attendant for Kea Lani Restaurant, you will be a hospitality ambassador that will connect our guests to the delectable cuisine inspired by our diverse culture and island home. The support you provide to the multiple outlets, including table & supply maintenance, beverage service and food delivery will help us showcase our passion and accomplish our mission of turning moments into memories.

Hourly Rate: $22.21

What you will be doing:

• Adhere to daily checklist and duties assigned
• Assist Servers in all aspects of the dining experience to include but not limited to running food, table maintenance and beverage service
• Clear and reset tables in a timely manner while adhering to the State of Hawaii & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standards
• Ensure the proper set up and break down of all side stations in the venue
• Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods for all food and beverage venues on property
• Actively participate in monthly departmental sales promotions
• Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment desirable
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

Licenses or Certificates

• TB Clearance
• Food Safety Certification or ServSafe Certification

Education

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and/or vocational training
