A Food Runner, or Server Assistant, supports waitstaff and ensures customers have an exceptional dining experience. Their main responsibilities include delivering food from the kitchen to tables, serving as a communication link between front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff, and setting up tables.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables accurately and promptly.
2. Serve as the communication point between FOH and BOH staff.
3. Relay food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities such as allergies.
