Overview

Oversee daily or nightly shift(s), provide leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of overnight F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff.

  • Ensure all food and beverage outlets operate efficiently and in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Increasing year over year sales

  • Executing all Food and Beverage promotions

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints.

  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and receiving of supplies.

  • Conduct nightly audits of sales, cash handling, and shift reports.

  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to uphold service standards and company policies.

  • Collaborate with security and other departments to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all F&B areas during and after service.

  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to day-shift management.


Education and Experience


  • 1-2 years’ experience as Supervisor or Manager in multiple outlet experience or bar experience

  • Experience in back of the house and front of the house

  • Casino Or Resort Experience Preferred

  • Mandatory Valid AGLC Preserve Certification

  • Basic food safety required
