The Role

As the Food & Beverage Service Manager, you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service, compliance, and revenue growth. You’ll lead a team of talented individuals and create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance food and beverage programs to meet company goals.
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team while maintaining positive morale.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 3-5 years in hospitality or F&B management, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Gaming experience is a plus.
• Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to analyze and interpret financial information.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Certifications : AGLC ProServe certification and the ability to pass a criminal record check.
