Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality management.
  • Experience in a high-volume, multi-outlet operation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and liquor service regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and scheduling.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
  • On-site role in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs.

A premier entertainment and gaming destination is seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of its hospitality operations. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a dynamic team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, lounges, and banquet services. Your leadership will drive service standards, operational efficiency, and employee engagement, all while ensuring compliance with licensing and health regulations.
