Food and Beverage Front of House - Summer Seasonal

Do you enjoy being outdoors living an active lifestyle? At Sun Peaks we have it all, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Golfing, nearby lakes and so much more. We are looking for Summer Seasonal staff – Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Baristas, etc. - to join our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming summer. Are you a people person who can talk with just about anyone? As a member of the Food & Beverage team, you should be able to provide quick and friendly service, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform well under pressure. Compensation Information: $17.40 - $19.00 per hour (depending on the position)

Physical Requirement: Medium, work activities involve handling loads between 10 and 20 kg; Predominately in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Responsibilities (*individual role responsibilities will be discussed during interview):

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner.
• Act as a member of the team, supporting one another to deliver efficient service.
• Attend all required SPRLLP orientation and training sessions.
• Duties as required to ensure successful operation of the department including support of the departments and special promotions.
• Make Food and Beverage suggestions based on thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients of food items, and how they are prepared.
• Perform ongoing quality checks with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
