Base pay range

CA$17.20/hr - CA$21.00/hr

About the role

The Kingpin Bowlounge Boston Pizza is hiring a FOH Supervisor/Server. This role involves supporting daily restaurant operations, training and developing staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and demonstrating leadership to foster a fun and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist FOH Managers with daily responsibilities
• Provide outstanding guest service
• Lead, problem-solve, and make decisions in FOH
• Prioritize guest focus
• Motivate and monitor staff
• Present menus and serve food and beverages, maintaining menu knowledge
• Comply with food and beverage regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
• Manage time effectively with attention to detail

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
• People person who remains positive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Up-to-date Smart Serve Certification
• Standard First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software
