CMC Electronics Inc. is seeking an FMS Software Developer in Montréal to design, develop, and validate avionics software for flight management systems.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, aerospace or computer engineering, or the equivalent.
• Have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the development, validation and/or verification of civil or military avionics systems (FMS, sensors, displays, autopilot, MCDU, etc.).
• Demonstrate experience in developing real-time embedded systems, including hardware/software integration.
• Have a good knowledge of civil and military avionics standards and practices, notably DO-178 (or equivalent), MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC 429.
• Have strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to coordinate problem solving and work as part of a team.
